Aberdeen Airport Dyce Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection By BW

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar. I remember the staff helping me find my lost wallet on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break.

The bathroom in my double room was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the staff was attentive and welcoming. It was in the central location to the restaurant for supper. Moreover, it's really close to Dyce train station and a taxi.

Well, the area was quite old overall.

Great for short stays

Met some really helpful staff at the front desk who explained the local transport system. They had a North American plug adapter handy, which saved me from scrambling to find one.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I was impressed by the upgrades that Menzies have made to what is quite an old hotel. Impressed by the staff.

The cooked breakfast was getting cold. The buffet breakfast is common in most hotels now, and continues to dissappoint. It works fine for cold food, continental style, but the "Great Bristish Breakfast" looks a bit feeble if it is not cooked to order.Fried eggs were cold and rubbery, sausages were getting cold, beans were drying out and in short supply, hash browns were soggy.
